Acceptable Use Policy

The Ground Rules

KerrOS is a powerful platform. With power comes responsibility.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users, across all plans, whether you use our hosted services or self-hosted deployments that connect to our infrastructure. By using KerrOS, you agree to follow these rules.

Don't

These are hard lines. Crossing them will result in action against your account.

Illegal Content

Don't create, store, or distribute content that is illegal under applicable law.

Child Safety

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any such content will be removed immediately and reported to law enforcement. Your account will be terminated with no possibility of appeal.

Malware & Phishing

No malware, viruses, ransomware, phishing campaigns, or spam. Do not use KerrOS to distribute or host any of these.

Violence & Terrorism

No incitement to violence or radicalization content. Do not use KerrOS to promote, plan, or glorify acts of terrorism or violent extremism.

Deepfakes & Non-consensual Content

No non-consensual intimate imagery. No deceptive deepfakes designed to mislead, harass, or harm individuals.

AI Safety

Do not circumvent AI guardrails or filters (“jailbreaking”). Do not build or distribute tools designed to bypass AI safety measures.

Unauthorized Access

Do not access other users' accounts, data, or systems without authorization. If you discover a vulnerability, report it responsibly to security@kerros.com.

Resource Abuse

No cryptocurrency mining on shared infrastructure. No DDoS attacks or deliberate service degradation.

API Usage Rules

  • Rate limits apply. Respect them. If you need higher limits, contact us.
  • Do not use the API to build competing services.
  • Automated usage must identify itself via a descriptive User-Agent header.
  • No scraping. Use the API as documented.
  • Respect upstream provider terms when using AI models or third-party integrations through KerrOS.

Hosting Responsibility

If you host content on KerrOS, you are the publisher. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on copyright or other intellectual property rights.

DMCA process: When we receive a valid takedown notice, we will remove or disable access to the content and notify you. You may file a counter-notice if you believe the takedown was made in error. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
