The Short Version
We don't use cookies on our marketing website. At all. No tracking. No analytics cookies. No advertising. No third-party cookies. No consent banner — because we don't need one.
Why No Cookies?
Most websites use cookies to track you across the internet, build profiles about your behavior, and sell that information to advertisers.
That's not our thing.
We build business infrastructure software. Our job is to help you run your company — not to track where you click. So we built our website entirely without cookies.
What About Analytics?
We use self-hosted, cookieless analytics that doesn't set any cookies or track you across websites. It collects anonymous page view counts — things like “47 people visited the pricing page today” — not “Anna from Göteborg looked at the pricing page 3 times.”
No personal data. No consent needed.
The One Cookie (In the App)
When you log into the KerrOS app, we set one single cookie to keep you logged in. That's it.

This cookie is:
- HttpOnly — JavaScript can't read it
- Secure — Only sent over HTTPS
- SameSite=Strict — Never sent to other websites
- Contains no personal data — just an opaque session identifier
Under EU ePrivacy Directive, UK PECR, and all applicable privacy laws, this cookie is strictly necessary to provide the service you explicitly requested (logging in). It is exempt from consent requirements.
What We Don't Use
- No analytics cookies
- No advertising or retargeting cookies
- No social media tracking pixels
- No third-party cookies of any kind
- No browser fingerprinting
- No localStorage or sessionStorage for tracking
- No cookie consent banner (because we don't need one)
Why No Cookie Banner?
We don't show a cookie consent banner because we don't use any cookies that require consent. Under the ePrivacy Directive (Article 5(3)), GDPR, UK PECR, US state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA), and Canadian PIPEDA, strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent requirements.
We believe the best cookie policy is not needing one at all.
